ADVICE AND HELP
On this page you will find some links to advice and help not available in my books.
> Anxiety and depression > Book List > Colon Cleansing There is decades old stuff stuck to your colon (like a nasal passage) which creates an ongoing toxic discharge. I used colon cleansing to heal hip arthritis and as a preventative against bowel cancer, which killed my dad. Its also good for your complexion. I recommend Botanical Health products; this is a gentle 10-day programme; instructions come with their product. > Dealing with criticism that stuck > Diet > Electromagnetic and geopathic stress This is a link to a really good gizmo. UNCLEAR BOUNDARIES Dear William I wondered if you might be able to help. When I came to a workshop of yours last year on psychic protection, what emerged for me was a greater conscious awareness of the fact that I have no clear boundaries which is why in the exercise where we were asked to turn around from our partner and cut off the link, I was unable to do that; for me, there was no ending nor any beginning - I felt no demarcation between myself and an "other". This is a huge problem.
Yes it may help me to relate to others very well but it also means I compromise my safety a lot and allow people to take advantage where clearly they ought not to (I usually realise this in retrospect). Added to this complex mixture is an underlying delusion that I have to be nice to people even if I don't like how they are behaving. This leads to self-betrayal, which is too painful to say.
You suggested to everyone in your class that they do 3 months of a martial art to develop a strong centre, from which they could then assert their boundaries. I never followed this up. I wondered if you might know of a particular that would be suitable? who comes to mind. I need to learn to establish some non-negotiable boundaries to protect my well-being.
A: Dear Friend Thank you for writing and for your clarity. I remember you from the workshop. Good communication skills and very empathic awareness. You’re right, a martial arts course will help you develop the crucial skill of being able to clearly and unmistakeably assert a clear boundary. This is a life skill that everyone should possess in their tool bag. Luckily, you do not need a particularly sensitive teacher.
What I suggest is that you go to a bog standard martial arts class - taikwando, karate, kung fu, aikido - that is geographically closest and most easy for you. Take no notice of the emotionally illiterate characters there. Be humble. Be a little student. And learn the basics. You may hate it. That's ok. Just get on with it. Over a few months you'll absorb the strategy, develop a stronger centre and be grateful for it.

| BRAIN FRYING?
Do you feel you have so much mental stimulation and brain activity that you cannot stand it?
Try this sensory visualisation:
Imagine that your skull is lined with cold, damp moss and with cold,
damp, dark clay. Allow the dark, cold, damp vibration to permeate your
brain, dampening down the activity.
Then visualise a cloud of black or very dark green velvet coming down
from above your head, through your skull and brain, down your spinal
cord and into the earth.
Touch your head on the earth. Embrace a tree and feel your brain energy going down into its roots and then into the earth.
I hope this helps.
To redeem suffering is the foundation of personal integrity.
