OCCULT MEDITATION

A weekend of exploring energy fields, states of consciousness and metaphysical dimensions.
The guided meditations and discussion will include:
• Embodiment, presence, breath and witnessing
• Sensation, internal martial arts, self-healing
• Vipassana, zazen, raja and agni yoga
• The witness, discernment, illusion and maya
• Esoteric anatomy, cosmology and planes of consciousness
• Lower, middle and upper worlds; trees of life, cauldrons and grails
• Seed thoughts, the rain cloud of knowable things
• Forgiveness, ancestors, family constellations, DNA patterning
• Breathing in negativity, breathing out blessing – global healing
• Facilitating birth and death
• Cosmic consciousness, anima mundi, soul of the world.
There will be space for private contemplation, and optional movement and mind-mapping/drawing.
