FIVE CORE WORKSHOPS

These workshops have been developed and improved over two decades - always seeking to integrate the core of traditional wisdom with modern insights. A grounded holistic approach delivering strategies and concepts that you can use immediately and share with others.
Each workshop stands on its own. Each workshop is also one of the five core modules of the Certificate in Holistic Spirituality - all of which must be attended before progressing to the five certificating weekends.

2. THE ENDORPHIN EFFECT - CORE ENERGY MANAGEMENT
Learn the precise concepts and techniques for triggering endorphins, the ‘miracle’ hormones of wellbeing. They relax tissue, remove pain and create the physical sensations of pleasure. 4. THE HERO'S JOURNEY - THE PSYCHOLOGY OF SPIRITUAL EMERGENCE
A holistic approach that integrates spirituality and psychology is essential for a full understanding of how we develop, experience crises, integrate and fulfill.
This experiential workshop is an opportunity to explore the core issues of psycho-spirituality – to gain insights and understanding that will be immediately and practically relevant to your own personal development and to supporting others.
This weekend also provides a working therapeutic model for the general dynamics of spiritual emergence and spiritual emergency.
